Good day to everyone out there keeping safe during this difficult times.
A couple of notes. Firstly, Pittaro Financial Services is still open during the COVID-19 pandemic. However we will not be meeting people face-to-face for the time being. Not to worry though, as we have many ways for our clients to remain in touch with us.
Both John and David can still be reached at their respective business phone numbers and e-mails, and we are scheduling meetings and updates over the phone and over your preferred video conferencing application (Skype, Zoom, Messenger, etc.). Our partners at Investia have given us instructions and MFDA and AMF approved protocol for the secure sending of documents online as well as the ability for our clients to use e-signatures and scans of documents in order to keep business going as usual.
In the meantime, it is highly recommended that you sign up for online access to your Investia Client Portal in order for us to be able to send you documents securely and for you to have easy access to your investment information. If you do not have access yet, please contact David at dpittaro@pittarofinancial.ca or 514-898-2653 and he will assist in the signup process.
In the coming days we will be following up with advice and links to government resources to assist those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, so please continue monitoring both our Facebook page and our web site for updates.
